Social Distancing & Children’s Birthday Parties
Covid-19 (the dreaded word in our lives) has ruined a lot of children’s birthday parties and a lot of small businesses.
Fortunately, for Game Vault, Perth’s ultimate video game truck, we have only had to close our doors for a short period of time (felt like a lifetime) however, since the latest ease on restrictions whereby social gatherings of up to 10 people are now allowed, we have been able to re-open our doors for business but have had to make a few slight changes to adhere to the social distancing/health guidelines.
With the current social distancing guidelines, we are able to have up to 8 children plus the video game truck coach and one parent attend the party. Our game truck coach will put the children into two groups of 4 and rotate them inside/outside accordingly throughout the session.
He will ensure the children are practising social distancing by having 4 children inside our game truck theatre at any one time and the remaining 4 children playing on the outside screens.
The best thing about our game trucks is that we have the capabilities of hooking up all consoles so the children can play in the same game at the same time (this is subject to their game selection as well).
Game Vault will continue to provide a safe, clean and sanitised environment for both our valued customers and our team members as well so our game truck coach will be wearing a face mask and gloves throughout the session, we request that the children wash their hands prior to entering our game truck and we will also sanitise their hands.
Rest assured all our equipment will be cleaned thoroughly and sanitised after every party.
